Meet The Team

Jordan was born and raised in Tennessee, where his early interest in firearms first took root and influenced the direction of his life. He proudly served in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman with the 10th Mountain Division, completing two tours in Afghanistan with the 2-14 Infantry Regiment. After his service, he attended Penn State Berks while working at Hudson’s Outfitters, where he discovered his true calling in firearms retail. Following the passing of his mentor, Ben Yingst, Jordan purchased the business from his family and rebranded it as JW Firearms, officially launching it on November 1, 2022. He remains deeply devoted to his faith, as well as his love for hunting, fishing, and off-roading.

Hunter began his career in customer service and initially attended Penn State Berks to pursue a degree in criminal justice. He joined the team during the final year of operations at the previous shop and has been an integral part of JW since its founding. A skilled shooter with a strong focus on concealed carry, Hunter also enjoys hunting and fishing, bringing a well-rounded knowledge of various shooting disciplines. His extensive experience and dedication make him a valuable resource for customers, ensuring they receive expert guidance and support for any questions or concerns.

Darian has been a valued member of JW for nearly five years, bringing a strong passion for firearms with a particular focus on Old West guns, revolvers, and 1911s. His appreciation for historical firearms goes beyond collecting—he enjoys hunting with them, adding a unique perspective to his expertise. An avid hunter and fisherman, Darian thrives in the outdoors and enjoys spending time with the JW crew, ensuring customers receive knowledgeable guidance and an exceptional experience when exploring firearms.​​​

Brody comes from a background in wholesale and retail gun sales. He graduated from Penn State Harrisburg in 2022 with a degree in marketing. He also coaches high school baseball at Garden Spot HS. A dedicated CZ enthusiast, he collects both discontinued and current models, with his CZ Shadow 2 being his favorite. He also has a deep appreciation for all generations of Toyota vehicles. An avid fisherman and a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, he enjoys spending his time outdoors and rooting the Birds to victory!​​​​

​​Adam is a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan and an enthusiast of Italian firearms, appreciating their craftsmanship and history. He has a particular fondness for the Ruger 10/22, valuing its versatility and reliability. Beyond his love for guns and sports, Adam shares a close bond with his best friend, Mr. Dixon, making their friendship a meaningful part of his life.​​​​

Will is an avid shotgun enthusiast with extensive experience in both deer and bird hunting. His love for the outdoors is matched by his dedication to sports, where he not only plays but also coaches lacrosse, sharing his knowledge and leadership with others. A devoted sports fan, Will enjoys following his favorite teams and staying engaged in the competitive spirit of the game.

Anthony is a recent graduate of Owen J. Roberts with a deep interest in firearms and the outdoors. A dedicated fan of FN products, he carries an FNS-9, reflecting his appreciation for reliability and performance. Hunting is one of his favorite activities, allowing him to connect with nature and sharpen his skills. Outside of that, he enjoys spending time with friends, whether relaxing or sharing new experiences.

Reece is currently a student at Shippensburg University who’s drawn to firearms and music. He’s especially a fan of Daniel Defense and Smith & Wesson, and enjoys learning about their latest models. Outside of school and the shop, Reece is into Japanese cars and produces his own music as a hobby. He brings creativity and enthusiasm to everything he does.
